Sound Healing & Mantra Concert by Irene.

Lay down on a mat, cover yourself with a blanket and close your eyes. Enjoy the healing sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, guitar, handpan, little instruments and Irene her voice.

All sounds during this concert are there to guide you back into your heart. To heal whatever physical, mental or emotional imbalance you wish to heal. To find relaxation. Or just to relax. To go onto a journey within yourself. And simply to enjoy!

For thousands of years in many different cultures sound has been used to help the body & mind to get back into balance. For 75% we are made of water. Sound travels easily through water and is able to rebalance the physical body and mind and energetic field of the person.

But you don’t have to believe this 🙂 Just come and experience it for yourself!

Note: this is a ‘laying down’ concert: you lay on a mat, close your eyes and enjoy the music. For those who cannot lay down on a mat: we have a few chairs available.

Location: De Ruimte, Weesperzijde 79a, Amsterdam.

Exchange: 25 euro

Drinks: after the concert there will be some tea and water for you to enjoy

What do we provide?

We have a yoga mat for you and a blanket.

What to bring?

Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable

Optional: if you wish, bring anything that makes you feel comfortable laying down on a yoga mat (pillow, extra blanket, eye pillow, anything you wish).

How to get there?

Public transport: from train station Amsterdam Centraal, take metro 51, 53 or 54 to Wibautstraat and walk for 3 minutes.

Parking: traveling by car? There is a regular parking garage at Weesperzijde 143. Or to park for only 3 euro per hour, find a Parkbee Garage at Tolstraat 186 (4 min walking distance, payment via mobile parking app).

By bike: enjoy a beautiful ride through the city and find ‘De Ruimte’ by heart or using the Google Maps app 🙂
