In this 1 day seminar you learn how to project energy, to yourself and to others with this wonderful energetic healing system called Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho.
It is taught in the original pure way, without interference of neo Reiki methods.
What is Reiki Usui?
Reiki Usui is an energetic healing system that uses the hands to transmit Universal Healing Energy. It is an ancient healing method that was rediscovered by Mikao Usui in the mid 19th century.
Reiki acts by harmonising all aspects of our Being, on a physical, mental and spiritual level. It works by undoing the disharmony where it’s been found and returns health and well-being in every way.
The Usui Reiki system is not only a simple and natural healing method, but also one of the most effective ways to transfer this Universal Life Energy.
What does it do?
· Reiki vitalizes both body and soul
· Reiki re-establishes spiritual balance and mental well-being
· Reiki works on all levels, whether mental or spiritual, bodily or emotional

In a Reiki Usui level 1 seminar
You are introduced to this energetic healing system and its wonderful lineage. You will receive an initiation after which you are ready to channel this Reiki Universal energy – effortlessly and in the most natural way, as a qualified practitioner. This seminar is not about believing anything, but to apply, practice and then experience what it does for yoú!
After an initiation of Reiki Usui level 1 you:
- can channel Reiki energy by using your hands
- know how to apply it
- can give a treatment to yourself and others
After joining Reiki Usui level 1 you are welcome to join future events as an observer, to continue learning and practicing! If you also wish to join level 2: between level 1 and 2 there is a minimum of 2 months in order to first get familiar and practice with what you’ve learnt in level 1.

Time: 10.30 – 17.30 (you are welcome to arrive from 10.15)
Location: HOF20, Begijnhof 20, 2011 HE Haarlem
Price: 70 euro, to pay at the day of the seminar. This includes an unlimited flow of tea and water.
Language: depending on the participants this seminar will be in Dutch or English.

A notebook, a pen, comfortable clothes and an open mind (and your lunch in case you want to stay at the location of the seminar)
How about Reiki Usui level 2?
To join Reiki Usui level 2 there has to be a period of at least 2 months between level 1 and 2.
About Irene
I work as an energetic healing therapist, Yin Yoga – and meditation teacher, musician and used to work as a medical doctor. I am someone who’s passionate about helping herself and others heal, to be happy and free, and to live from the heart. After working in the Western medical world, I became curious about other ways of healing and decided to follow my heart. Since 2014 I have been studying with Jose Antonio Manchado and learned to apply ancient healing tools and energetic healing systems (Rigpa Energetic Healing, Reiki Usui and Dharma Shamanic System) to myself and others. Reiki Usui has touched my heart deeply with its simplicity and power. It’s effects have amazed me, over and over again. And I feel honoured to be able to share this energetic healing system with you!
In 2020 I received my mastership in the traditional Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho, in the lineage of Shinobu Saito. I was initiated as a master by Reiki Usui master Heidi van Herpen, who was initiated by Jose Antonio Manchado. The rest of the lineage you will discover during the seminar 🙂
