Yin Yoga & Tibetan Meditation session via Zoom
Create a little space for yourself in your house and enjoy a relaxing Yin Yoga & Meditation session before you go into this pre-Christmas day…
An hour for yourself, to dive within your heart and your body, connecting with your inner light and inner peace.
In the Yin Yoga sequence we help the body to slowly open up, relax and heal. Time is our best friend as we are in the poses for 3-5 minutes 🙂 You are always free to adjust. Listening to your body is key, and I will guide you in how to do this. This session is for everyone, you don’t need any previous experience.

After signing up, what happens?
You will receive a pre-confirmation and a Tikkie link. Once you’ve paid the Tikkie, your spot is confirmed.
Also, before the session starts you will receive an email from me with the Zoom link. You will receive this the latest 30 minutes prior to the session.
What do I need for the workshop?
Extra: some extra cushions or blocks can be nice to support you in poses
Any of these items above can be replaced by something else that fits the purpose (like: a beach towel instead of a yoga mat).
We are using Zoom
Make sure you’ll sign into Zoom early enough (my recommendation would be 10 minutes before start of the workshop) via your email or Facebook account, and have the password ready.
