an Online Workshop on Zoom with Irene
In this 1,5 hour workshop we dive from our mind into our hearts. From thinking to feeling, and from lack – there’s not enough – to … abundance!
Everything we are looking for in life is already here. Though sometimes we have filters from the past and we cannot see the love and abundance that is already here. In this workshop I speak a little about abundance, but will especially guide us through a meditation and Yin Yoga sequence that helps you to open up to – and experience – the abundance of the Universe. In a playful and easy way we go through this journey together. No need to have any previous experience in Yin Yoga / Meditation (or listening to live music ;)).
Everything I share comes straight from my heart. I share meditation tools from Tibetan masters, Yin Yoga poses to help your body to open up and relax and I will share live music for you to sink even deeper into relaxation.

What do I need for the workshop?
Yoga mat
(Meditation) cushion
Blanket
Extra: some extra cushions or blocks can be nice to support you in poses
Any of these items above can be replaced by something else that fits the purpose (like: a beach towel instead of a yoga mat).
We are using Zoom
Make sure you’ll sign into Zoom early enough (my recommendation would be 10 minutes before start of the workshop) via your email or Facebook account, and have the password ready.
