‘True Love!’
an Online Workshop on Zoom with Irene
In this workshop I invite you to open yourself up to the love that you áre. How? We go through meditation practices that help you to embrace and love all aspects of yourself. When we forgive ourselves and love ourselves exactly as and where we are right now, the unconditional love that lives in everyone’s heart can then be felt AND happily be shared with the world!
And then love (whether friendship or a love relationship) doesn’t sprout from ‘I need you and I will not survive without you’, but it will come from a sense of freedom, a sense of fullness. It becomes a celebration of life!
So, instead of becoming ‘perfect’, this workshop invites you and reminds you to be yoú. Exactly as you feel and as you are in this very moment!
The Yin Yoga sequence will help you to dive deep within yourself and to relax and nurture your body. At the end of the workshop I will play live music that can help you to relax and unwind even deeper.
In a playful and easy way we go through this journey together. No need to have any previous experience in Yin Yoga or Meditation!

Language: Dutch or English, depending on the group
What do I need for the workshop?
Yoga mat
(Meditation) cushion
Blanket
Extra: some extra cushions or blocks can be nice to support you in poses
Any of these items above can be replaced by something else that fits the purpose (like: a beach towel instead of a yoga mat).
We are using Zoom
Make sure you’ll sign into Zoom early enough (my recommendation would be 10 minutes before start of the workshop) via your email or Facebook account, and have the password ready.
