“All paths are rivers leading to the same ocean.”
Jose Antonio Manchado
April 30th, 19.30 – 21.30 (CEST), 15 euro
The world around us is always changing. People, animals, situations and things, they all come and go. And maybe it becomes nowadays more obvious than ever. Life is change. How do you feel about change? Do you notice peace and flow with change, or is there some resistance or anxiety?
There is a place where we can go and find quietness, inner peace, love and space – no matter the circumstances. No matter the changes. And it is closer than we could have ever imagined.
Instead of fighting change, searching for something else outside of ourselves or escaping anything, we do something else: we take a deep breath in. Breath out and arrive in our heart. Instead of going outwards, we dive inwards.
Living from the heart means saying ‘yes’ to any experience, and going with it – rather than against it. Life, in all its ways and forms, is always helping us to arrive back home – in our hearts – again. It invites us to explore the magnificent qualities and strengths we already have inside of us. To discover this unconditional peace that is here. Once again feeling and living from our hearts, we can discover the magic inside and around us. It is infinite.
In this workshop we will apply some conscious tools in order to feel and be in our hearts again. And from there: to truly again start living from it. Coming from Tibetan masters who are living 24/7 from their hearts, they were shared compassionately with the world.
And by the way: this workshop shows A way, not THE way. Everyone walks their own path. You walk your path, in your own unique way, and that way is perfect! And if these tools and practices resonate with you, you can take them with you into your daily life and enjoy them!
Restorative Yin Yoga
The workshop will have a few different ‘activities’ amongst which there is restorative Yin Yoga. In this relaxing kind of Yoga we move our body in gentle positions to help it unwind, gently stretch and relax. You will need a few props – most (if not all) you can find in your home already. It is a meditative form of yoga that focusses on relaxation and stretch. You can take the pose as relaxed, or as stretchy as you like. During these poses you will have the opportunity to dive deeper into the moment and into your heart.
The meditations and tools we will enjoy are simple and don’t require any previous experience.
At the end of the session you will listen to some live mantra music. Close your eyes, cover yourself with a blanket and enjoy!
Every body and everybody is welcome 🙂
