With a big smile in my heart, all the way from Lanzarote, I am inviting you to join this online workshop series!
The theme might sound a little bit romantic, however, this workshop is not about romance and roses 🙂
This event is all about falling into the love that is in our hearts. It is the kind of love that doesn’t depend on anything or anyone outside of ourselves. It is unconditional and has always been with of us. It our true nature.
Why can we sometimes – or often – not feel this love?
Because throughout the early years of childhood most of us have been conditioned to believe that love is to be found outside of ourselves. Those beliefs – ‘I need someone’ / ‘I need approval from others’ / ‘I need this person to be with me’ / ‘I need a partner’ / ‘I nééd you’ – are hidden in the subconscious mind and determine our behaviour. These beliefs makes us chase something outside, that is never to be found outside.
The good – wonderful! – news is: we can heal ourselves from those beliefs and programs – or like Rumi says: the walls we built against this love. So we can experience the love that we are, without limitations.
Through meditation, Yin Yoga and mantra music, with a sense of lightness and playfulness, we learn to embrace the mental walls we might have built against this unconditional love. We access this love via different – simple – tools that come from Tibetan masters who live their lives 100% from their hearts.
In the Yin Yoga sequence we help the body to slowly stretch and open up. You are always free to adjust. Listening to your body is key, and I will give you a few hints and suggestions in every pose in how to adjust whenever this is needed.
Slowing down, arriving into the moment, falling in love with the now…
No previous yoga experience is needed. Everyone is welcome!
And off course, live music is involved!
This workshop on Friday February 5 is part 1. Part 2 is on February 12, same time, same place (Zoom).
You can join both workshops separately, or choose to join them both.

After signing up, what happens?
You will – within 2 days – receive a pre-confirmation and a Tikkie link. Once you’ve paid the Tikkie, your spot is confirmed and you will receive the link for the Zoom session, the latest 1 hour before the start of the session.
What do you need for this session?
A yoga mat
Cushion (or 2)
Your laptop or phone
Wearing comfortable clothes is very recommended 🙂
Extra: some extra cushions or blocks can be nice to support you in poses
We are using Zoom
Make sure you’ll sign into Zoom early enough (my recommendation would be 10 minutes before start of the class) via your email or Facebook account, and have the password ready.
