an Online Workshop on Zoom with Irene
Meditation, Yin Yoga & Live Music
Have you told yourself before ‘Oh, I am not creative’? Or ‘there is no inspiration available to me?’. Or ‘I never have any good ideas?’ Or ‘I wish I could play an instrument, but I guess it’s too late’?
We are creative beings. We create all the time, in fact: with our thoughts, our words and our actions we create our own reality. Inspiration and wonderful ideas are available to all of us, but if we tell ourselves limiting beliefs like stated above, it can very well be that you experience a lack of inspiration or creativity.
This workshop is here to help you release those old beliefs (maybe once told to you by a parent or a school teacher), so that you can express yourself freely in your own unique and authentic way. So you can enjoy being yourself, exactly as you are. It is just a belief that’s in between.
Some thoughts might say ‘that’s too easy!’ – but know that those thoughts are innocent, coming from a self-sabotage program in the subconscious mind which aim is to keep us from growing and evolving. But we are never victims of those programs! We can release them with love and be free. And I am happy to help you with that!
The Yin Yoga sequence is for everyone, and it supports the process of letting go of tension that might be stored in your body. After the stretches you enjoy a long end-relaxation, with live music to help you relax even deeper.
After the workshop you receive a link to the recording (available for one week) so you can enjoy this workshop again in your own time.

What do I need for the workshop?
Yoga mat
(Meditation) cushion
Blanket
Extra: some extra cushions or blocks can be nice to support you in poses
Any of these items above can be replaced by something else that fits the purpose (like: a beach towel instead of a yoga mat).
We are using Zoom
Make sure you’ll sign into Zoom early enough (my recommendation would be 10 minutes before start of the workshop) via your email or Facebook account, and have the password ready.
