– this workshop was initially scheduled for January 6th but had to be rescheduled due to an unstable WiFi connection here at Lanzarote. I found a new place on the island and now the workshop can actually happen! So here we go!
Online: Yin Yoga, Meditation & Live Music
On Thursday evening January 21st I invite you to join this online Yin Yoga & Meditation Workshop (90min).
In this workshop we focus on having our heart as our guide in life, instead of the thoughts. Deep down inside we know what excites us, what makes us smile, what makes us wanna get up really early in the morning to do the things we love. During this workshop we deeply connect with our hearts and the love that is there. Recognising this heart as our guide, our inner master. We learn how we can listen to it, and how it helps us to walk our path of peace and joy in life. Having the heart as our master again, the thinking mind can now be a wonderful secretary, helping us to complete tasks and getting from A to B 🙂
In the Yin Yoga sequence we help the body to slowly stretch and open up. You are always free to adjust. Listening to your body is key, and I will give you a few hints and suggestions in every pose in how to adjust whenever this is needed.
Slowing down, arriving into the moment, falling in love with the now…
No previous yoga experience is needed. Everyone is welcome!
And off course, live music is involved 🙂
