A 2 hour online workshop to consciously connect with your creativity, through meditation and a fun form of art, AND be surprised by the magic that appears on your canvas!
First we drop ourselves from the mind into our hearts. In this meditation we explore what is alive in us and apply tools to connect with our true essence and inner creativity!
Then we get to the practical part, in which we connect with the canvas, the paint and from there let the fun part start!
The technique we start the creative proces with will be ‘acrylic pouring’. I have been using this technique for 6 months and fell totally in love with it. I will explain you a basic way to work with it, and from there you create, in your own unique way! From your heart, onto the canvas.

After signing up, you receive a confirmation email with payment details. After payment, you receive the Zoom details and information about the supplies you need for the workshop, like:
A canvas (13×18, 20 x 20 cm or anything close to this size)
Acrylic paint (at least 4 colours including white)
Cups to prepare the paint in
Sticks to stir the paint with
A hairdryer or straw
Masking (painters) tape to prepare the back of the canvas.
