Yin Yoga & Meditation Morning series
5 days in a row – starting the day from the heart!
With total acceptance and joy, I begin this day with new eyes.
I will let go of control and will not allow my memories to be my guide; in its place I will choose love.
Choosing peace will be my only alternative, and returning to my inner self or essence will be my only aim, in benefit of all beings without any exception.

In the week right before Easter; let’s start the days together in a conscious way!
The way we start the day can have a great effect on how we experience the rest of our day. Let’s start the by connecting with ourselves first, enjoying the gift of 1 hour quality time, before we move into interaction with others. Starting from our centre, from our heart. Enjoying moments of silence, meditation, stretches and movement.
To me – a little personal side note – it has made áll the difference to start the day like this!
What does the program look like?
Every day we meet at 07.30 online via Zoom for a 1 hour session. Everyday has a different theme, and we will experience a wide variety of movements, practices and stretches. Yet: in a calm way, with room for silence.
So as we start our session together, we drop ourselves from the head into our heart, into the silent space within us. We enjoy Tibetan meditations and affirmations that help us calm the mind, feel our hearts and the love that is there, release obstacles and simply feel ourselves again. These practices are simple and for everyone!
After the meditation we enjoy a Yin Yoga flow sequence; Yin Yoga poses combined with some easy (seated) movements to open the joints and get the energy moving throughout our bodies.
A savasana – end relaxation – at the end of the practice gives you time to feel yourself and the effect the practice has had for you.
And from there: we flow into the day! With the eyes of our heart, in gratitude and with the curiosity of a child!

In case you cannot join one or more classes live; the sessions will be recorded and sent to you right after the live-stream. They will be available for 4 weeks, so you can repeat them at home at a time that is suitable for you.
