Online Live-stream Yin Yoga & Meditation session
Every Wednesday evening, from 20.00 – 21.15 on Zoom!
Tune in from your home – we start the session with a meditation to dive from the mind into the heart. To let the day slide of our shoulders, in gratitude. And from there, we dive into the stretches and prepare ourselves for a peaceful night. Yin Yoga poses can help you to open up and rejuvenate your body, to fully arrive into the body and into the present moment.
In the sessions I give there is also lot’s of room for silence. So you can fully go inwards and be with whatever there is in the moment. And there is live music in Savasana (the end relaxation) 🙂
