For some of us, at this moment, it may be hard to imagine. But it is possible! For everyone who is willing to take a step into the direction of forgiveness.

No matter what you’ve been through in the past; it is possible to experience peace and love within yourself. It is our true nature. And one of the most powerful tools to return to this peace is forgiveness. Forgiveness doesn’t mean you have to approve of someone else’s actions. Forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself! It is a taking care of the emotional luggage, related to the past, that is still left in your system.

As long as we hold onto resentment or anger – and this often happens without us realising it – our life and health is on hold and we unable to fully flourish. This resentment (in Dutch: wrok) makes it impossible to experience peace, it makes certain conflicts keep on coming back in our lives and it is fuel for self-sabotage.

Through forgiveness this emotional luggage or charge can heal and you can experience more lightness and peace. There will be room to live your life the way you wish to live it! And it helps you to experience a deep love and compassion for yourself and others.

Many people have already applied forgiveness and have witnessed the miracles it created in their lives. And this is possible for you too!

Forgiveness is something your heart knows exactly how to do. And I would love to help you to experience this!

In this workshop we will dive into our hearts and will go trough a healing journey of forgiveness. I will share some background and examples and we will practice simpel practices and tools. There is plenty of room to share your experience and ask questions. At the end of the workshop you will receive hints for your daily life and receive an mp3 with a forgiveness practice.
