When we dive from the mind into our hearts, we leave behind stories, doubts and limitations. We get to connect with who we truly are, with our true nature. And when we express ourselves and create from this place, magic happens!

Mady and I are very happy to invite you to our 3d online workshop ‘Art from the Heart’!

This time with a new intuitive art exercise and meditation, so anyone who joined our previous workshops can also join and experience a different exercise.

In this 2 hour session we drop ourselves into our hearts and first enjoy a healing and grounding meditation with Irene. From there, through intuitive art guided by Mady, you express your inner feelings that surfaced during the meditation. No rules, no need for any art experience or skills; just be yourself and create from your heart. Like a child, not focused on any result, but just enjoying the process of creating!

After creating for about 20 minutes, you will have a brief 1-on-1 discussion of your art with Mady. She will ask some questions to help you connect with your artwork and the message
or feeling it is transmitting to you. Allow yourself to look with new eyes and you might be surprised!

To finish and let your experience sink and settle in, you sit or lay down comfortably, close your eyes and enjoy soothing and healing sounds created by Irene her voice and guitar.

This workshop can be the start or a reminder of how beautiful and powerful it is to express yourself from the heart through art!

If you feel you would like to elaborate a little more on
your art work; an online follow up session with Mady is included if you book it within a week from this event.

Exchange: 25 euro or 40 Canadian Dollar
