Mady and Irene are happy to organise a second online Art from the Heart workshop on Sunday May 3d!

Let’s come together to enjoy a 1h45min online Zoom workshop. With Mady in Canada and Irene in Amsterdam we will enjoy a session with meditation, gentle yoga, intuitive painting and live-music.

We use some gentle yoga poses to bring you into the present moment, a meditation to connect you with your heart and your inner wisdom. After the meditation you are invited to express your experience through intuitive art-work for which NO artistic skills are needed.

To allow your experience to sink in you will be lead into restorative yoga poses in which you can rest and relax.

You will need

Paper, approx. size: 9 X 12 inches or 22,9 X 30,5 cm, oil pastels or crayons,
or coloured markers or colouring pencils (whatever you have on hand)
Yoga mat, blanket and a meditation cushion (cushions from your couch can work too!)
A charged laptop or mobile phone
