Our most natural state is peace and love. It is always there, patiently waiting for us inside of ourselves. But many of us have moved away from this state and have been taught – by school, society or family – to look for it outside of ourselves. There is nothing wrong with that, it is just what happens as we grow up and go out into the world.
As a consequence of the idea that love, peace and freedom is something you have to find ‘out there’, many of us started to chase things, situations and people outside of ourselves. To never find it. Because no matter where you look in the external world, lasting happiness and peace is not out there… You can get glimpses of joy and celebration when something is ‘achieved’, but this will replaced quickly with a sensation of ‘I want more’. And this is what keeps us busy, stressed and disconnected from our inner joy and peace. Maybe you recognise this?
The more we look outside and thereby move away from ourselves and our hearts, chances are that our energy levels drop, the joy of being alive disappears or the body starts to talk in the form of injuries, imbalances or even disease. These are all loving messages of life trying to get us back to ourselves, to our hearts, to the peace and love that is already there. So that we can start to fully enjoy life!
It is never too late. And it doesn’t have to be a long, complicated and tiresome journey. On the contrary! The more fun we have during the process, the more kind we are towards ourselves when facing challenges, the lighter it gets…
We can rest (and even dance ;)) in peace while being alive! And our hearts know the way back to this peace.

This 6-week program is here to help you with all this! In a light, joyful way, with the attitude of a child who is about to experience something new, we go and explore a lot of different things. Ways to heal, to be at peace, to feel the love that lives inside of us and to be more free.
And we include the body in the process. It is incredibly wise and full of valuable information, we don’t wanna skip it! 🙂
During this 6-week program your heart is your guide
The simple yet powerful practices I share with you are coming from Tibetan masters who live 100% from their hearts, – without any fear and without following any religion – in a joyful, peaceful and happy way. They have compassionately developed these practices and tools in order for others to live a more peaceful, free and happy life too.
You will never be asked to believe anything. The power of this program is in your own experience with these practices. Which is never wrong. You cannot do anything wrong.

What does this ‘Healing & Living from the Heart’ look like?
Weekly we meet each other for a two hour live-stream session via Zoom. During every live-stream we will explore a theme, simple meditations, enjoy Tibetan healing practices, guided healing journeys and more. I will share powerful and wonderful tools which you can practice during the session ánd (especially) apply in your daily life.
At the second half of each live-stream we enjoy a supportive Yin Yoga session, which helps to open and relax your body and increase your ability to stay present and at peace in times of stretch 😉 After each yoga session there will be live music, helping you to relax even deeper.

A little more about Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a quiet, slow and meditative form of yoga. You sit or lay down in postures for 3 to 5 minutes. In this way, the body gets the time to slowly sink into the pose. Yin Yoga helps the body to open up, to rejuvenate and relax it. It releases tension, helps to free stuck energy and increases the self-healing capacity of your body. Above all, it helps you to be in a more loving relationship with your body. I guide you into the poses, but there is also room for silence. So you can rest and let your experience with the previous practices settle in.
You don’t need any experience in Yin Yoga in order to join this 6-week program!

Optional: private 1 on 1 healing session
It is also possible to, as an extra, book a 1 on 1 private healing session with me. In a 1 on 1 session you have the time and space to address a certain challenge that is in your life right now, and maybe has been there for a long time. We meet online via Zoom (or live in Haarlem) and you share with me what it is I can help you with. Together we do a self-healing practice – which can already be very powerful at itself – and we explore ways to help yourself in this proces. And you receive an energetic healing session with Rigpa Energetic Healing (Tibetan) and Dharma Shamanic System (Tibet/Aboriginal Australia).
As you are part of the ‘Healing & Living from your Heart’ program, this session is 85 euro for you (regular price is 105 euro).

I am sharing this 6-week program with you because…
The practices, tools and everything I will share with you, have changed my life. My life has changed from a continuous race against the clock and the search for happiness approval and love outside of myself, to an adventure full of beauty, surprises and more peace and freedom. And yes, I experience challenges! Everyone does 🙂 But thanks to the Tibetan practices and tools I’ve learnt from Jose Antonio Manchado, my dear friend, and applied myself, these challenges are nothing to be afraid of. Challenges are invitations given to us by Life to explore, grow and discover ourselves and feel our inner strength and unconditional love again.

Benefits of joining a group-program
From my own experience (and that of many others), I can share that at times it can be challenging to keep on walking a path of peace and to live life from the heart, a life of being true to yourself. Most of us have been taught by our upbringing or society to do the exact opposite; to navigate through life by thinking (instead of feeling), to be fearful and worry about the future (instead of trusting life and our inner guidance), to first please people around us (instead of living the life that feels wonderful to you), etcetera.
So when you decide to do something that is the opposite – living your life from the heart and healing yourself – it is so so beautiful and beneficial to meet others who are on the same path. A group of friends, a family. Off course you do the practices by yourself, but to meet each other every week, can be so wonderful and supportive. It is inspiring and touching to hear other people’s experiences, it can open our eyes to possibilities we couldn’t see before. To be in a group of people that supports each other through beautiful ánd challenging times – with or without words – is a healing at itself and helps to increase our health, vitality and joy for life.
That’s why I am such a fan of these online programs and I share this with so much enthusiasm with you!

Yes you can. After each live-stream the recording will happily land in your inbox, for you to enjoy in your own time.
Do I need any experience with meditation or Yin Yoga?
No, you are welcome also when you don’t have any experience yet. We will all start this program with a beginners mind 🙂
Can I receive an invoice?
