Online Morning Meditation session (pay as you feel)
Every Thursday, from 08.00 – 08.45 on Zoom!
Tune in from your home – together we dive from the mind into the heart. Allowing everything to be as it is. Using Tibetan meditation tools we return to inner peace. From there, as a natural consequence, creativity, abundance and joy flows through us again and we can live a – sharing, creating and loving – life from the heart!
During this session to which everyone is welcome, there is also an opportunity to share or ask something if you feel you’d like to!

What do I need for the session?
A yoga mat and (meditation) cushion, or chair.
A little hint: you can create your sacred space by lightning a candle with an intention for the session
