Online Morning Meditation session (donation based)
Every Thursday, from 08.00 – 08.45 on Zoom!
Tune in from your home – together we dive from the mind into the heart. Allowing everything to be as it is. Using Tibetan meditation tools we return to inner peace. From there, as a natural consequence, creativity, abundance and joy flows through us again and we can live a – sharing, creating and loving – life from the heart!

Choose your device. Use a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, or you can AirPlay to your Apple TV. Be sure to download the app before class time so you’re ready to go.
What do I need for the session?
A yoga mat and (meditation) cushion, or chair.
A little hint: you can create your own sacred space by lightning a candle with an intention for the session
